Cannot Start any IHRP v1 Labs from web interface - Not an OpenVPN Issue

When attempting to start ANY virtual lab, an alert pops up stating: “Invalid JSON data in request body. Click here to set your credentials.” When I click the link, my original username is still there but the pw fields are blank. I enter a pw in both fields, verify they are identical and click the ‘Save Password’ button. When attempting to start any lab again, the same alert pops up. Any combination of changing the username, using several different passwords, clearing browser cache/history, using different browsers or even using a different computer has been unsuccessful.
I’ve already emailed support@elearnsecurity and was directed here by Eason from client support for assistance. Please advise.
