I’m writing to enquire about the possibility to exchange vouchers.
I bought V1 on the 3rd of July without using any attempt. And I don’t possess the course INE, I only own the voucher exam.
I want to know if it is possible to exchange it with eJPT V2.
If yes, I would be interested in receiving further details about the exchange procedure.
Finally, I would be grateful if you tell me my Voucher’s expiration date, I’m concerned about not being able to pass the exam if the voucher expires.
