I attempted the eWPT exam for the first time, and I failed. They said I did not log in to the administrator account but my report has shown it already. But when I asked them for that, they ignore my previous message and said that I used other extensions that are not free, But all I used in the exam’s tools were in Kali Linux, and they are free. I have sent an email to them, but I think they won’t let me pass on the second attempt.
Think you miss read that email. This says to turn in your Exam report attempt, as it is “not possible to buy any extensions at this time” As in, it is not possible to purchase a time extension of your exam due date.
You can use whatever tools you wish to on the exam.
