Kibana Log Fix Issue

Hey Everyone,

In Hunting with ELK Lab 1 (LAB 16.1), if you get into Kibana and see your log files not populating, go to the top right and change the time to the last 5 years, or anything closer to the time/date of the log file - this will help populate the relevant fields
