Lab - EIGRP Traffic Engineering & Unequal Cost Load Balancing Lab

I’m confused by the lab solution. It does load balance 2:1 (approximately) but not using the DMVPN as the preferred route. Or am I missing something (see below)?

Hi, I just did this lab again, and the solution still doesn’t make sense to me.
