How to use Rack rental credits in Hands On Labs?

Hi, I have requested access for the Rack Rentals through the support email and the answer was: “ Please note, unfortunately all Rack Rental Sessions are unavailable due to maintenance. We do not have an ETA at this moment on when the racks will return. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Thank you for your understanding.“

How do I suppose to use my credits for Hand On Labs that I have paid?

I have quite a few credits and it seems like the labs have been under maintenance for quite a while…

Hi David,
Yes, they offered me the option to change my credits for 2 months of their Premium Subscription but not any news about when they are going to enable the Rack Rentals option. Btw. I did not accept for personal reasons.
