Where I can find the free eJPT voucher with active Fundamentals Annual Subscription?

I paid for the INE Fundamentals Annual Subscription which includes free eJPT voucher. However, I can’t find the voucher from my account page, and I haven’t received the voucher by e-mail.

Does anyone know how the process of getting the voucher goes?

Hi, you should receive it in your email.
I just bought the same Fundamentals Annual and I got the voucher the next day on my email.

Hi,

Same question here. Subscription purchased on 12/30, acces to all courses but no more vouchers. The INE support stay muted, my subscription page alway showing me that I am in Trial…

Am I alone?

Same for me i bought it 2 days back, no voucher i got, also i just have ejpt course, all other are showing locked.
