I have subscribed to the Fundamental plan and it should include the eJPTv2 exam voucher,
and it says You have no available vouchers.
any recommended solution

Contact INE support if you donot receive your exam voucher on your emaill
I think after taking the ejpt course along with the exam voucher, you get an email in which there is an option to redeem your ejptv2 certification voucher
