Is it possible to download PDF course slide on INE as we do on eLearnSecurity?

I think that is not possible.
However there is an INE mobile app available, if that helps.

No, INE does not allow the downloading of PDFs. If I had to guess, I would say it’s to cut down on piracy. While it was nice to DL them on eLS, I completely understand a company not wanting their paid content all over the internet.

These other replies are correct.
Content is not downloadable on INE, due to piracy.
But if you want the content for portability, you can access it on the mobile app.
